After meeting Stephanie and Darren via Skype, a beautiful couple from Liverpool, I immediately thought they were my ideal couple and that I was looking forward to photographing their wedding, even more so after knowing that the location they had chosen for the symbolic rite was a truly wonderful place and where generally not many weddings are celebrated.
So I was expecting a spectacular place but I must say that as soon as I arrived at the location, I was literally speechless. But after all, you know, celebrating your wedding in Puglia always has its charm. The outdoor ceremony at the Castle of Monopoli was very exciting and fun, thanks also to the spontaneity of their very nice child.
After some couple portraits with a spectacular sunset, the celebrations continued with a dinner in the historic center of Monopoli, interspersed with several truly touching speeches.
After dinner, Stephanie and Darren and their friends went wild on the dance floor late into the night.
I have to be honest, this wedding at Castello di Monopoli was definitely one of the most beautiful I've ever attended and I'm really happy to have been there to photograph it for a special couple like Stephanie and Darren!
